**Ancoats Studio - Terms and Conditions**

  

**1.1 To secure a booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

1.2 Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or through the website using Stripe.

1.3 All payments must be completed within 14 days of the scheduled shoot. Failure to make the payment within this period will incur a late fee of £5 per day until the balance is settled.

 

**2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:**

2.1 Clients may reschedule a booking with at least 7 days' notice.

2.2 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

2.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the total booking cost.

 

**3. Studio Usage:**

3.1 The studio premises are to be used solely for the purpose of the agreed photoshoot.

3.2 Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, car or facilities during their session and any damages will be chargeable.

3.3 Usage of the car is chargeable if cover is removed. Price to be agreed prior to shoot.

 

**4. Photography Rights:**

4.1 Ancoats Studio retains the copyright to all images taken during the photoshoot.

 

**5. Model Releases:**

5.1 Clients agree to allow Ancoats Studio to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

5.2 Ancoats Studio respects the privacy and confidentiality of clients and will not disclose personal information without consent.

 

**6. Liability:**

6.1 Ancoats Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the photoshoot.

6.2 Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any props or equipment they bring into the studio.

 

**7. Force Majeure:**

7.1 Ancoats Studio is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, natural disasters, or other emergencies.

 

**8. Governing Law:**

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

**9. Amendments:**

9.1 Ancoats Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

 

By booking a session with Ancoats Studio, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
